BIOGRAPHY

Born on May 14, 1974. in Kotor from parents Momčilo, a priest, and Smiljka née Milin. He finished the eight-year school in Kotor (1981 - 1989),
The Serbian Orthodox Theological Seminary of Saint Sava in Belgrade (1989 – 1994), and the Theological Faculty of the SPC in Belgrade (1994 – 1999). Graduated on November 6, 2003. In the meantime, he served his military service and got married on February 10, 2002. Ivan born Vukšić.

From 1995 to 2002 he was the president of the Brotherhood of the Orthodox Youth of Saint Luke in Kotor and the vice-president of the Brotherhood of the Orthodox Youth of Montenegro, and in that capacity participated in several symposia in the country and abroad. By the decision of the Metropolitan of Montenegrin and Littoral Mr. Amfilohi from January 1, 2002. appointed as a religious teacher at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Kotor and the temple of St. Peter Cetinje in Prčanje. Ordained to the rank of deacon on November 17, 2002, and to the rank of presbyter on December 1, 2002, and on January 1, 2003, appointed to the newly established third parish of Kotor.

By decision of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church, since 2006 he has been teaching at the Theological Seminary of St. Peter of Cetinje in Cetinje (subjects - dogmatics and patrology). He has been a member of the Catechetic Board of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral since the establishment of this body in 2008.

To the rank of archpriest, produced on January 4, 2014. On June 15, 2023, he was appointed elder of the temple of St. Nicholas in Kotor and the second parish priest of Kotor. By the decision of the Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, Mr. Joaniki, he was appointed as the Archbishop Vicar of Kotor-Tivat from September 1, 2021.
He has been a member and president of the choir section of the Serbian Singing Society "Jedinstvo" from Kotor for many years.
