Days of Metropolitan Amfilohi: Literary Award ..Izviiskra Njegošev" presented to Gojko Đogo
As part of the manifestation "Days of Metropolitan Amfilohija" on Friday, November 1, in the crypt of the Cathedral of Christ's Resurrection in Podgorica, organized by the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral, as well as the fashion house "Mona" from Belgrade, the award ceremony of the "Izviiskar Njegošev" literary award was held " which this year went to Mr. Gojko Đogo, writer, poet and essayist.
The previous winners of the prestigious "Izviiskra Njegoševa" literary award are: Miodrag Pavlović, Rajko Petrov Nogo, blessed memories of Metropolitan Amfilohije Radović, Milovan Danojlić, Ljubomir Simović, Ranko Jovović, Đorđe Sladoje, Milosav Tešić and Matija Bećković.
Speaking at the ceremony was His Eminence the Archbishop of Cetinje, the Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, Mr. Joanikije, academician Matija Bećković, writer Dragan Hamović and laureate Gojko Đogo.
The President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić, prof. Dr. Jelica Stojanović, president of Matica Srpska - a society of members in Montenegro, as well as many other distinguished guests and guests of honor.
The jury for awarding the "Izviiskra Njegoševa" prize was composed of: academician Matija Bećković, president of the jury; writer Milutin Mićović, prof. Dr. Ranko Popović, prof. Dr. Dragan Stanić, writer Dragan Hamović, who at the session on April 25, 2024 in Belgrade decided to award the "Izviiskra Njegošev" literary prize to the poet Gojko Đogo for his entire literary work.
"What could have been more appropriate, than that the name of the winner of the literary prize "Izviiskra Njegošev" was first announced where the spark was announced, from the clairvoyant ashes of Saint Sava, and then that the sparks of Saint Peter of Cetinje, the Secret Seer of Lovcen and Morački Jasnovidac", said academician Matija Bećković.
